I moved to Mackay about 4 years ago, with my husband. We love it here - the beaches, the relaxed lifestyle, all the friedly people. I started scrapbooking about 3 years ago, when a friend I met at a new parent's group introduced me to the craft. Then I stopped for about 2 years, I restarted about 6 months ago, and the bug has seriously bitten. I love recording my family's precious moments. I spend as much time as I can learning about the craft, learning about photography, and "playing with mummy's toys," as my son says. Unfortunately, I don't get enough time to spend on scrapbooking as I would like, as I teach fulltime, and I'm kept very busy at home taking care of my 3 year old son.
