Here at Scrapbook 'n' Bits we take the issue of privacy very seriously. We will not disclose your personal information to any third party, unless we have your written consent or are legally bound. We store and destroy all personal information in a safe and secure way.
Refunds/Exchanges
We will happily refund or exchange any product that is faulty. We request that you contact us within 5 days of receipt of goods, so we can work out a solution that best suits you. Where possible, please keep product in original packaging.
Damaged or Lost Goods
Extreme care is taken when packing your order all therefore all parcels are sent via Registered Mail.
Out of Stock items
If an item you have ordered is out of stock you will be contacted before the order is packed, giving you the option to choose a replacement item, receive a refund, or have item placed on back-order.
Payments
Payments can be made by Direct Deposit, Visa, Mastercard, Bankcard, or American Express. All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST.

All Gift Certificates and Discount Vouchers are to be redeemed within 12 months unless otherwise stated.
Postage RatesFREE SHIPPING on orders over $75.00 (with in Australia) - Orders are sent by Australia Post and are Registered we have a flat rate of $6.50 or you can choose and the Express Post option. International orders are charged actual postage costs as advised by Australia Post.
Delivery
Orders are usually processed and posted within 2 business days. Please allow up to 10 days for delivery if after 10 you have not received you parcel please email us and we will contact Australia Post.
